For CONTACTLESS delivery, please indicate on your order form your desired day we will do our very best to get there as soon as we can on that day. However, we must tell you, often we have pre-orders placed days earlier, which may come before yours. Sometimes, due to a high volume of deliveries, or deliveries further than 10K from Bendigo, we may slip outside work hours and we ask for a little flexibity. Please call us if you really really need a particular time!!!!

Please also note any specific delivery requirements in the “Anything else we need to know" section of this form. i.e. if the property is rural and/or if there is no property number or there may be an electronic gate.

Same day delivery orders must be placed before noon.

For other Central Victorian towns, delivery is next day.

Delivery fees are as follows:

$16.00 - Bendigo area within 8K of CBD & includes Ironbark, Flora Hill, Spring Gully, Long Gully, California Gully, Eaglehawk, White Hills Kangaroo Flat & Golden Square

$20.00 - Outside of CBD & includes Big Hill, Epsom, Woodvale & Maiden Gully

$26.00 - 9K - 16K from CBD & includes Ascot, Axe Creek, Huntly, Junortoun, Longlea, Myers Flat & Strathfieldsaye

$32.00 - 17K - 25K from CBD & includes Axedale, Lockwood & Marong

$36.00 - Rural & includes Bagshot, Eppalock, Ravenswood, Raywood, Sedgwick, Myrtle Creek, Lyall & Shelbourne

In-store pick up

CONTACTLESS PICK UP - You are welcome to pick up your order in our Chancery Lane store weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm. Please call us to arrange a particular time or we will just text you when your order is complete.
